This last weekend we made the trek to Snowflake for a few days to enjoy their 24th of July celebration. Chase drove for the first 3 hours each way and then I drove the rest. On the way down to Arizona I wasn't in a very good mood, and then I had to sit in the backseat next to Collin. He kept putting his toys RIGHT in my face, I guess showing them to me? I should have played with him more, but instead I felt like I had a little brother who was driving me crazy. By about an hour into the trip I had relaxed and both Chase and I were laughing more a Collin and his trying to bug me :) He actually did so great on the trip. We were a little worried that he would be shy at the Grandparents house, but he just gave grandma a hug and got right into the games and fun with all the kids. He is so much fun, such a funny kid. He jabbers all the time, and really gets into what he's saying. I really wish I knew what he was saying!
Chase and I re-decorated our apartment tonight. When we rearrange our furniture, we go all out. Couches, TV, new bookcases, move pictures, lamps... I love rearranging because for the first little while I feel like our apartment is big. Its a great feeling.
