The good ol' days

I found a bunch of pictures from high school, a few from junior high, and like 3 from 6th grade. I posted them on facebook if you want to take a look. They are pretty entertaining. Here are a few just to give you an idea...

Sayings

Collin often says really funny things, most of the time I don't have any idea where he picked it up. My two favorite things he says right now are:
1- when he wants me to pick him up he says "I hold you?"
2- a few days ago he drew on the walls (darn those bath crayons...) so I put him in time out. When I went back to get him a minute later he gave me a hug and said "I'm sorry for drawing on the wall mom." For real? It was so cute. Then when we walked past the wall on the way to our room he said it again. He is growing up so fast and learning so much. Its crazy.

Here are the pictures. The two of the boys in their matching pj's I took about 2 weeks ago. They are SOOO stinkin cute. I am one lucky mom :)

internet

We are trying to get pictures uploaded on here, but our internet is being weird at our new house, so as soon as I can I will upload pictures. His cast is blue wth a red strip for the 4th of July. My sister Kim suggested it. Its cute.

ER

Hanging out at the ER right now. About 20 minutes after we got home we heard a crash and chase ran down and a few minutes later yelled "Collin broke his arm!" I asked how he know and pointed to his arm which was gross. I pretty much almost passed out. I don't do good with those things. We came down to the ER and are just waiting now for them to come set it. Thankgoodnes both boys are asleep. Happy Fathers Day Chase : )

Title

I'm trying to come up with a new title for my blog...

Landon talks (or moans sweetly...) a lot. Its super cute. He laughs all the time, we will have him laying on the bed while we get Collin ready for bed and he'll just start laughing and talking to himself. Its been so nice that he has been so much more mellow then Collin every was, or is. Its a good thing Collin is so funny...

I said I would give an update on things I won on the site- we have acquired:

1- a big slide, like the plastic ones on play sets

2-a desk to put in Collins room for him to draw on

3-two stools, one for him to sit on at his desk and the other for the bathroom

4-a toy table

5- two GPS systems, one for us and one for my mom

6-a TV

Some of these we got off of KSL and the others we got on the auction site. Most of them were between $10 and $15.

We found a song that has a little kid kind of singing Twinkle twinkle little star and now Collin sings it all the time.

Landon has decided that he is big enough to sit up. Which leads to lots of falling over. But he's actually doing pretty good. He's such a stud.

Collin always helps me make cookies now. He's really good at pouring stuff in.

Goal

Goal for the summer:
1- Stop more often for kids selling lemonade. Usually I just drive by thinking- I really ought to stop. I will make a goal to stop the next 4 times I see a lemonade stand.

The pros and cons of buying online

So since Chase and I have been looking for some new things now that we will be living somewhere that has more then one room we have hit up KSL like crazy. I have also been looking on auction sites trying to get some good deals on TV's and such. Here are my issue's with online buying-

KSL is fantastic. You can find the best stuff there IF people keep it up to date and if you make it before anyone else does. One pet peeve is when someone has listed something and then even though its sold has not gone online to take it off. Even though its been sold for like 5 days.

These auction sites are great except I get caught up in the bidding. Even though I have set a price for myself I see that someone has outbid me by $2, so I go up $2 which actually takes me up by $4 above my "set limit". I think, $4 more isn't that much, its still a great deal....$20 or more later I'm still trying to outbid the other person. I don't handle disappointment very well...

I will let you know if I actually win or buy anything.
