I left Collin on our bed this morning while I put my shoes on, and turned around just in time to see his legs going over the side... poor kid. If he lives through his childhood it won't be any thanks to me. He's ok, but I felt dumb calling the doctors nurse cause she asked what he fell off of, and when I said our bed I thought "even though I can't even tell you how many times I've been told never leave your kid on the bed without holding on to them..." But he got a sucker out of it, so that made him happy-ish. I was shaking like a leaf when I went to pick him up and was holding him, and I watched him really closely after to make sure he wasn't doing anything weird.
I really want to give Collin a hair cut, but everyone keeps telling me not to. I'm trying to decide if they just don't want ME to cut it, or if they think it will look bad if anyone cuts it. He doesn't have really thick hair, its just long. He's starting to look like a girl. If he was a girl I would love his hair on her. Chase said I can give him a hair cut when he turns 1. I do wish I knew someone who would come and cut his hair for free that actually knew what they were doing since I want to get pictures of him when he turns one. So I don't know if I should wait and let him get pictures with his hair like it is or take a chance and do them after the hair cut.

That made me laugh a little even though your baby falling off the bed is really not that funny. I'm sure it will happen to me no matter how careful I am.
Oh, it's not so hard to cut hair. I cut Ben's when he was 2 weeks old because he was born with a mullet. Yuck.
Collin is always weird.
Cala rolled off the bed too, she was about 8 months old. Luckily, I don't have myself to blame:) Mark was home with Cala when it happened. It was so scary though, I'm glad Collin is ok.
