Olympic dreams as a girl...

I remember as a little girl watching the Olympics and how much I loved it. My favorite sports in the summer was and still is the diving and gymnastics. I would watch it and then go outside and pretend that I was an amazing gymnast or diver. I'm sure I looked VERY awkward out on my back porch turning and doing cartwheels, jumping off things and doing the beam up on our picnic table. I'm amazed that I didn't break anything...
Chase and I have been watching them the past few days and he loves the gymnastics. As we were watching it, he made the comment that the Olympics are a way to show what our body is really capable of.
These athletes have worked and trained their body's to do these amazing things. It really is incredible.
So good luck USA, and way to go Michael Phelps!

You did look awkward :) Remember when we would pretend to be ice skaters after the winter olympics and play that Kurt Bestor CD? That was awesome!

Hi Jenny!! I saw your blog's address on facebook and decided to come check it out!!! Great posts! =)
The first think I've been doing when I wake up is to turn on the TV so I can watch the Olimpic Games! Gustavo and I love watching it, even though we don't get to see Brazilians competing... it's a lot of fun!!
