Fantastic food

So I found this recipe for crock pot pork, and thought it was so great. Here's what you do:

3-4 peices of pork chop (
One thing I love about crock pots is you can use really cheep meat [in fact they recommend it] and it still tastes great)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 tablespoon Garlic Salt
1 tablespoon Season All
1 tespoon Itlian Season

Mix everything but the meat together and pour into a crock pot. Cut small slits in pork, then
salt and pepper each peice. Place in crock pot.

Cook on High for 4 hours or low for 6.

We made sandwhiches with this because the meat just fell apart when I tried to pull it out with a fork. It was so tender and just the right flavoring. I have a hard time with pork because I always flavor it too much. But this worked out really well for me.

Also- totally off the subject but I was just watching the Olympics and they keep showing commercials for The Office, and its driving me nuts!!! Its still like a month away! I'll be ok, I just find it very annoying that they taunt me like that....
