This is one of my favorite recipes for chicken. I use this when I'm short on ideas and time- which is at least once a week. When I make it I try to make extra because the chicken has a great flavor for things like pasta and such.
2 chicken breasts
1 bottle of Italian Dressing
In a sauce pan put the chicken breast (I always do it frozen because like I said, this is my go to recipe) and then dump about half the bottle on. I add 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup water as well just to make sure it doesn't burn. Cook for 30-45 minutes. I put this with potato's or rice. It is delicious.
I'm pretty sure I have strep. I'm heading to the doctor today to find out for sure. Lame. The boys are ready for Halloween. We have a primary party this week and then Chase's work party on Friday and then Halloween next week. So Collin gets to dress up 3 times. We bought a fedora for Chase's costume but it was too small so Collin has been wearing it around. He tells me that he is dressed up as a stranger...
I need to put a video of Landon on here answering a phone. He says Helwoo? So cute. He's super good at talking right now- he loves to count and says that every number he sees is 8. We're working on colors. He always says thanks when I hand him something and is super good at saying sorry, even when Collin is the one who is supposed to say sorry. Its super cute when he's crying and I say Collin, say sorry. And Landon will say (sob) (sob) sorry!
Collin is as crazy as ever. He's in a very....independent stage right now. I told him yesterday that "mommy doesn't feel very good. Every time I swallow it hurts" Collin said "Sorry you swallowed a bug mommy." ???? He is good at keeping us laughing. :)
