Halloween

Trick or treating at the mall

Durning the day I spiked his hair so he would look like Frankinstin

Trina's kindergarden class had their school parade in the morning so we dressed up and went. This is Collin and his cousin Aiden.

OK- so I read my friends blogs who have kids Collin's age and they talk about how they're kids didn't even care about the candy, they just thought running around and seeing all the people was really cool. I told Chase Saturday afternoon that was not going to happen to us. And I was right. We decided to go to the mall first, and the second store puts a dum dum in his bag. His favorite candy ever. He keeps asking and asking and stopping and asking for the dum dum. So by the third store he already had candy in his mouth. We went though two suckers before we were done. Then we went around the neighborhood, and when they would let him choose his candy and they had nerds, he would always choose those. It was great.

One thing I've learned is that we will have to have a second stash of candy at home to trade him with since he is allergic to peanuts he can't have hardly anything. Oh well, I guess Chase and I will have to take care of all that candy. :)

We went to the mall too :) We also went through a few lollipops last night. Of course, Brian and I are convincing the kids to give us all the good candy ;) What horrible parents we are!
