Good eater

First off, let me just say that I am grateful that Collin is a good eater. He always has been good at eating things he likes. But because he is a good eater, it costs quite a bit to feed him each week. Grated, in a few years, I'll know how expensive it is to feed a growing boy. As of right now, Collin drinks at least 45 oz of formula a day. That adds up to $12-$15 a week. Then he eats at least 4 containers of food a day, which is about $14 a week. I think I just realized how much he eats because I baby sat a girl this last week who only drinks 2-4 oz a day, and she is only two months younger the Collin. I would give Collin more table food, but he just doesn't like it. Its hard to fight with a 1-year-old, so I figure for right now I can just give him a bottle and be done with it. I drank from a bottle until I was over 2 years old. Hopefully Collin will learn to love a cup before then.

And.... Collin got his first tooth!! Chase and I have been checking every now and then, and 3 days ago Chase noticed that he could see the tooth cutting through, and now we have a nice, sharp tooth in Collins mouth! Its still not out far enough that you can really see it, but you can feel it.
