Then it was my birthday on Thursday and we had lots of fun- Chase let me sleep in and made me breakfast. Landon woke up with pink eye that day, so we stayed home and kept washing everyones hands, but within a few days both me and Collin had it as well. But it was a fun day. I had told Chase that I would like a bracelet watch and he picked out the perfect watch. I was so surprised when I opened it. My mom took Collin to the store and picked out a bunch of flowers for me, plus some candy and a Thomas The Train card game. It was really sweet.
Then on Friday Chase and I left for Salt Lake City to stay the night for our anniversary which was on Saturday. We stayed at the Anniversary Inn, which was really fun. Sadly, on Friday night I got a horrible sore throat and was up most of the night. We left our room early and went to the new mall, City Creek. It is really pretty. We got there right when it opened, so there was only a few people there which was really nice. We went into the Disney Store and bought each boy a new cup. Then we got stuck in major traffic on the way home, it took almost 2 hours to get home.
On Sunday we had a family party for all the march birthdays. Collin has been feeling a little left out since everyone's birthday is this month except his. So I let Collin pick the cake for the family party. Landon got some books and a shirt from Hawaii from my mom that he loves. On his actual birthday we gave him a new toy car garage with a ramp and some mega blocks.
Today is Chase's birthday and this morning the boys and I went to the store and bought Chase a bunch of his favorite candy bars and some nuts and put them in a basket with some balloons and visited Chase at work. Hopefully we'll be able to save some of the candy for conference this weekend :)
Other then all that we have just been trying to feel normal. I still have a bad sore throat, and still waiting for all the pink eye to go away plus dealing with allergies. Chase got the head cold-sore throat thing on Sunday and slept almost all day. But he's feeling better. And both boys have just been fussy and on-and-off sick for the past few days. But we're getting better.
Landon on his birthday- we were at a hotel in Page, AZ. Whenever we ask him how old he is now he says "BIG." We can not convince him that he is 2.
Fuzzy pictures... on Friday morning before we left for Arizona we went to Kangaroo Zoo and let the boys run around. Landon was not too excited about the bouncy floors. He liked the tall slides the best.
The Easter egg hunt in Snowflake. It was really fun.
The train ride at the mall.
Ugly picture, I know. This is when Chase and I were stuck in traffic on the way home. Its the only picture we took the whole trip.
