Realtors

Collin wanted me to take some pictures of him posing. 

Not to just be a big complainer, but I think we're having bad luck with our realtors.  I'm not sure why.  Our first realtor found us, and has been fine, but she lives in SLC and so I feel like we've missed seeing some houses because of that.  Also, there are some grants going on with Provo City right now and we just found out about them because she doesn't know about stuff down here.  So we got referred to another realtor who said he would call but has not called yet.  I'm just looking for someone who lives close and will call when they say they will.  Why is that so hard?  I understand that realtors are busy and stuff comes up, but I am looking for someone who has the courtesy to e-mail or call and say "something came up, can we talk another time?".  We'll just keep looking I guess, and see what happens.
